These penalties are non-negotiable and will be enforced through legal proceedings if necessary.

 

4. Jurisdiction & Legal Proceedings

 

All legal disputes related to unauthorized usage, reproduction, or distribution of Storica Stills’ intellectual property shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The infringing party will be required to appear in Jodhpur for all hearings and proceedings. No requests for change of jurisdiction shall be entertained.
